  • Increase travel spending by collaborating with credit card companies to promote premium, long-stay packages while highlighting Hawai‘i’s festivals and events that appeal to Korean travelers. 
  • Collaborate with airlines and travel agencies to create tailored tourism products targeting niche markets such as golf, surfing, honeymoons, and eco-tourism.  
  • Introduce agritourism and voluntourism programs as opportunities to connect with local people, culture and community.
