O‘ahu

Overview

The foundation of the O‘ahu Destination Management Action Plan (DMAP) is based on the HTA’s Strategic Plan 2020-2025.  A 23-member steering committee representing members of the community, visitor industry, and other sectors will come up with draft action items for the DMAP.  The DMAP is a 3-year action plan (September 2021-August 2024) to be used for recovery and rebuilding tourism.  HTA/County Lead Team reviewed the committee’s proposed actions to determine if they were executable and within the HTA and County’s mandates. The draft DMAP was approved by the HTA Board of Directors in July 2021. Click here or the cover image below to view the plan.
